Only one person from each business speciality is permitted to host workshops for each chapter of ESC. ESC have final authority relating to classification conflicts.
Partners who wish to change their business speciality must submit a new partnership application & get approval from ESC for that change.
Partners can only advertise their service specialty, you can not promote other services outside of this category.
Your 12 month partnership is effective from the date of your first workshop.
In case of problems with a member, ESC may, at their sole discretion, put a member on probation relating to a partner’s business practices or commitment to the chapter.
A partners specialty may be opened for failure to comply with the policies and/or code of ethics of ESC. ESC may open specialties in any chapter.
Event attendee lists online or off are for the purpose of attendance records and not for soliciting (via email, direct mail, or other means) ESC members or Directors without their prior approval.
All partners must follow the “How to Host events” guidelines in the signed document.
ESC will cover room costs for workshops with up to 20 seats.
For larger events ESC may pass on room hire fees.
If Partners require additional marketing for their event via ESC charges may be passed on to partner.
Policies are subject to change. The current version of these policies can be found anytime: www.entrepreneursocialclub.com.au/partnerterms
Annual partnership fees are due and payable 30 days before the membership expiry date. If partnership fees are not paid within 15 days of expiry, the partner will officially lose their place in ESC and their category will open up to other business on the waiting list.
Once a partner is accepted to ESC all fees are non-refundable including the registration fees and partnership fees.
Fees cannot be transferred from one person to another unless they are from the same company.
ESC’s partnership program is a marketing service provided by Entrepreneur Social Club. ESC reserves the absolute right to discontinue a partner’s participation in the organisation or chapter.
ESC is the only entity entitled to represent ESC in any relationship with the public via the media.
Please note that upon making payment you are accepting all terms and conditions.
Partners are responsible for all breakages, damages and losses incurred that occur as a result of their workshops at whichever venue the workshop was held.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though once a booking is made and secured by a deposit the price will be fixed at the agreed rate.
ESC reserves the right to offer discretionary discounts and this does not affect the status of any partners who have paid the full price and no discount will then become due to them.
All partners must use the slide deck provided by ESC at all workshops.
Partners must bring their own laptop to each workshop to play the slide deck.
Exclusivity is applicable to workshops.
You must disclose to ESC management any other startup groups, organisations, co-working spaces or meetup groups you run or engage with.
